She was predeceased by: her significant other Lord; her parents, Andrew Solkema and Angeline Van Solkema; her husbands, Bob and Mel Kruizenga; her sons, Ron Koster and Bill Koster; her close friend Alvene Vanden Band; her siblings, Gil Van Solkema, Wes Van Solkema, Maxine Alberda and Byrle Van Solkema; and her siblings-in-law, Nelvin Koster, Ken Koster and Clara Reurink.
She is survived by: her children, Yvonne Alles, Kristi Huizinga (Curt), Bob Jr. Koster (Lisa) and Kevin Koster (Ingrid); her sisters, Ardyce Bandstra and Ruth Vander Horn; her siblings-in-law, Myrna Van Solkema, Evert Reurink and Don Alberda; her friend Suzann Witkowski; her grandchildren, Brent Alles (Camille), Kent Alles (Yulia), Mary Dexter (Chris), BJ Koster, Elizabeth Franklin (Steven), Stephen Koster (Jenny), Cassie Peereboom (Josh), Ryan Nousen (Brit), Joel Koster (Hannah), Jared Koster (Alysha), Sarah Koster, Jon Huizinga (Britt), David Huizinga (Jess), Angie Vander Ploeg (Mike), Jefferson Koster and Isaiah Koster; her great grandchildren, Sasha, Pavel, Beth, Tatum, Harley, Adam, Joey, Isaiah, Karl, Sophia, Addie, Elle, Zander, Grant, Maecyn, Graham, Hadassah, Finn, Lilliann, Ivy, Silas, Ezra, Cassius, Indie, Amira and Luca; and her friends, Jo Savering and Winnie Jenkins.
