She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald DeVries and Joanne DeVries; and her siblings, Betty Raner and Garry DeVries. She is survived by: her daughter Miya Schutter (Ryan); her grandchildren, Remington, Boeden, Addelynn and Leelah; and her siblings, Fran (John) and Ken DeVries (Kim).

Memorial contributions, in honor of Debbie, may be made to Moline Christian School for her grandchildren's education.
