She was predeceased by: her husband Clarence. She is survived by: her sons, Ronald Koopman (Chris) and Robert Koopman (Kris); her grandchildren, Kimberly Clark (Adam), Kevin Koopman (Sharon), Kurt Koopman (Alyssa), Andrew Koopman (Jamie) and Erin Tacoma (Tyler); and her siblings, Don Mingerink, Ken Mingerink (Sally), Caroline Billings (Doug) and Marilyn Russell (Jim). She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
