He was predeceased by: his wife Lena; his siblings, Hendrika Hubach (Albert), Allie (Albert) and Afe Bos; his brothers-in-law, John Hubach and Milton Loveless; and his stepgrandson Michael Brown.
He is survived by: his children, Evert "Ed" Bos (Annette), Joel Bos (Peri) and Belinda "Lynn" Nelson (Brian); his grandchildren, Justin Bos (Stephanie), Andrea Gabrielse (Josh), Alexander Bos (Makenna), Danae Bos, Kendra Bos, Emily Serba, Chelsea Brown, Jacob Nelson (Katherine), Joseph Nelson and Breanna Nelson; his great grandchild Kyler Bos; his grandchildren, Levi, Lena, Cora, Isla Gabrielse, Ensley Bos, William, Benjamin Nelson, Jason, Arianna, Scarlet and Skyy Brown; his siblings, Elizabeth Hubach, Mary Antuma, Johanna Loveless, Henny Stauffer (Larry) and Ralph Bos (Jackie); and his sister-in-law Rayna Bos. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
