Iva Dickinson Obituary
We announce the death of Iva Dickinson of Byron Center, Michigan, who passed away on August 31, 2026, at the age of 84. Iva will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elbridge "Bill" Truesdell and Edessa Truesdell; her husband Arthur Ray Dickinson; and her granddaughter Kalyn Hope Dickinson. She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey, Leanna Dickinson, Timothy and Alicia Dickinson; her grandchildren, Jeffrey, Jessica Dickinson, Leslie, Skylar Kaczanowski, Ryan, Annette Dickinson, Megan, Martin Fuss, Cameron Dickinson, Logan, Lindsey Dickinson, Lauren and Benjamin Boswell; her siblings, Donna (Dick Brown), William (Bobbi Truesdell), Charlene (Robert Ball) and Robert Truesdell (Mary Walters); and her siblings-in-law, Lois Dickinson, Catherine Dickinson, Ruth, Charles Alber and Karen Dickinson. She is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (4145 Chicago Dr SW, Grandville, MI 49418). A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
