He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his daughters, Melissa (Keith Hustak) and Lindsey (Zach Moore); his grandchildren, Avery, Sadie, Conlan, Hadley, Asher and Bodhi; and his siblings, Mary, John and Mark. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
