He is survived by: his wife Brenda (Koetje); his children, Taylor (Matt Miedema), Trent (Trista Goorhouse), Trista Goorhouse and Tori Goorhouse; his grandchildren, Jesse and Caroline Miedema; his parents, Fred Goorhouse and Barb Goorhouse; his parents-in-law, Ike and Carolyn Koetje; his sister Mindy Goorhouse; and his siblings-in-law, Julie, Chris Boetsma, Sue, Jeff Glashower, Randy, Katie Koetje and Gwen Chalker. He is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews; and many dear friends.
