He is survived by: his wife Lois Beard (Cicotte); his son Aaron Beard; his granddaughter Lily Miller; his brother Richard Beard (Carol); and his siblings-in-law, Phyllis Edwards, Kate Boettcher, Jan Dale (Wes), Ira Cicotte (Mary), Ronald Cicotte and George Cicotte (Denise).

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Jamestown Baptist Church or Faith Hospice.
