It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Lavern Briggs Sr. of Byron Center, Michigan, who passed away on June 8, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Michael Briggs; and his sister-in-law Alice Jean Jarvis. He is survived by: his wife Pat; his children, Douglas Briggs, Robert Jr., Bethny Briggs and Amy Briggs; his grandchildren, Ange, Sonny, Sarah, Kodey, Annie, Nick, Bella, Jakob (Madison), Brooke, Robert III, William and Bentley; and his siblings, Judie Muzzall, Vicki, Richard Pinder, Greg and Carrie Karol. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
