She is survived by: her children, Jon, Amy VanPutten, Karyn, Jeff Hoeksema, Sara and Dave DeMann; and her great grandchildren, Zach VanPutten, Taylor, Tyler Austin (Parker), Luke, Anna VanPutten, Chad, Christi Hoeksema, Kade, Regan Hoeksema (Henry), Lynden, Isaiah House, Jace DeMann (Cierra Laska) and Kate DeMann.
