He is survived by: his wife Jan; his children, Amy Moorhead (Doug), Jeff Guikema (Laurie) and Steve Guikema (Molly); his grandchildren, Sarah Moorhead, Luke Moorhead (Lulu), Mikayla Moorhead, Ben Moorhead, Daniel Moorhead, Seth Moorhead, Paige Guikema, Zoey Guikema, Zach Guikema, Ella Guikema, Jack Guikema, Aidan Guikema and Colleen Guikema; and his siblings, Dale Guikema and Gayle Ringnalda.
