He is survived by: his mother LaVonn Siminski (Kiteley); his wife Marti Beoff (Goward); his children, Franky Wayne Boeff III, Shelly McGinnis, Crystal Boeff and Tiffani Boeff; and his friends, Roger and Amanda Willis. He is also survived by grandchildren, siblings, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and many great friends.
