He is survived by: his wife Salli Herr; his son Damon Stevens; his stepsons, Nicholas (Jackie Taylor) and Benjamin (Korrine Taylor); his grandchildren, Alexander James Stevens, Brooks Taylor, Jaye Taylor, Harrison Taylor, Sloane Taylor and Evie Taylor; his siblings, Patty Stevens and Jerry (Vickie Stevens); and his nephew Adam Stevens. He is also survived by many cousins, colleagues, and friends.
