Though Jeremy may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Jeremy touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He is survived by: his parents, Steven Blom and Karen Blom (Vasconcellos); his wife Angie; his children, Deven Blom, Dustin Blom (Lexie) and Austin Blom (Jessica); his granddaughter Olivia Blom; his siblings, Tony Blom and Dawn Golden (Shaun); his brother-in-law Jeremy McLaughlin; and his nephew Oscar.
