She was predeceased by: her mother Ila Stites (Block); her husband Robert Skinner; her grandchildren, Jeremy Skinner and Samantha Skinner; her siblings, Elmer Stites Jr., Betty Aspinal, William Stites and Richard Stites; and her father Elmer Stites Sr..

She is survived by: her children, Debbie Nowlen (Randy), Don Skinner (Diane), Bob Skinner (Debbi), Dennis Skinner, Connie Skinner, Jack Skinner (Lori), Carol Braden (Brian) and David Skinner (Darcy); and her brothers, Eugene Stites (Clara) and David Stites (Barb). She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 43 great grandchildren; 6 great-great grandchildren.
