She was predeceased by : her parents, Eddie Lloyd and Thelma Lloyd (Dozier); her husband Joe R. Bailey; her son-in-law Terry Miller; and her siblings, Shirley Grisham and Eddie Martin Lloyd.
She is survived by : her daughters, Elizabeth Bailey, Suzanne Bailey and Lisa J. Miller; her grandchildren, Kevin (Sara), Korry (Jeremiah), Kristin (James), Alan (Beth) and Jordan (Megan); her sister Carolyn Moffatt; and her nephew Jim Burroughs. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
Memorial Contributions in Evelyn's name are suggested to St. Jude's Hospital in Memphis, TN.
