She was predeceased by: her parents, George Smith and Barbara Smith (McMeanes); her daughter Jennifer Marie Chambers; her granddaughter Vickie Marie Chambers; her stepfather Dwitt Garrett; and her brother Benjamin Smith.

She is survived by: her husband Gregg Warner; her son John Henry Chambers Jr.; her grandchildren, Johnny Chambers and Mattie Chambers; her great grandchild Ezra Chambers; her siblings, Candace Morgan (Douglas) and Joe Smith (Gale); and her pets, Tazz, Saddie and Luna. She is also survived by her uncle, aunts, nieces, nephews and other dear family members.

In lieu of flowers, those wishing may make donations to the family to assist with the cost of funeral arrangements.
