He is survived by: his spouse Elisha Grace Kersh; his daughters, Anaiah and Eden Helsel; his mother Tasha Strait (Daniel); his grandparents, Alroy Thompson, June Helsel-Nedry (Keith) and Ron Watson (Mary); his in-law Frank Kersh (Zarina); and his sister-in-law Anastasia Kersh. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Elisha Helsel for a fund that has been set up for the girls.
