The memory of Barbara L. Carpenter of Cadillac, Michigan, who passed away on June 12, 2025 at the age of 81, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Waldron and Margaret Waldron; her husband Douglas A. Carpenter I; her sons, Arthur Carpenter and Christopher Carpenter; her granddaughter Corina Carpenter; her brother Jim Waldron; and her brother-in-law Mike McGrath.
She is survived by: her children, Douglas Carpenter II (Christa) and Candy Hefron (Robert); her grandchildren, Douglas III (Desiree), Tiffani, Cody, Brady, Colton, Tony, Chuntel and Ashlyn; her great grandchildren, Cameron, Morgan, Kaliah, Isabella, Hailie, Elijah, Weston, Michael and Jaxson; her sister Jean McGrath; and her sister-in-law Cindy Waldron.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Peterson Funeral and Cremation Services (205 E Cass St, Cadillac, MI 49601). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Wexford Twilight Bark Network.
