She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Parnell and Harriett Parnell (Smith); her daughter Tanya Vatter; and her brother Jon Parnell. She is survived by: her son Vincent Vatter of Gainesville, FL; her granddaughters, Madison and Vienna Vatter of Florida; and her sisters, Patricia and Laurel. She is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
