She was predeceased by: her parents, Hershel Richard and Elizabeth "Betty" Marie Munson (Shufelt); her siblings, Patsy "Pat" Williams (Ted) and Alfred Munson; her grandchildren, Kristie Jo Welch, Deanna Welch and Mark Levi Hunter; her sisters-in-law, Pamela, Janice and Karen Munson; and her son-in-law Timothy Coffel.
She is survived by: her children, Ann Coffel, Frank O. Welch II (Carol), Betty Welch-Stanley (David) and Vickie Shilling (Duane); and her siblings, William "Bill" Munson, Richard Munson, Deb Jones (Rocky) and Kim Branagan (Pat). She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren.
