She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Williams and Beulah Jane Williams (Craven); her husband Eugene "Gene" Cunniff; and her siblings, Mona Lisa, Sherry, Janet and William.

She is survived by: her sons, Ryan Durfee of Cadillac and Jason Durfee of Detroit; her grandchildren, Joshua and Jaya Durfee; and her siblings, Judy, Gary (Barb), Charles and Sandy.
