He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin James and Bertha Olive Patterson (Carroll); his former wife Barbara Joan Patterson (Dawson); his sister Mary Lou Reefer (Harold Reefer); his nephew Grant Reefer (Sherrell); his in-laws, Ray and Cora Feltman; and his sister-in-law Deanna Carlson (Al).
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jeanette Feltman; his son Ken Patterson (Dawn Tedesco); his grandchildren, Sean, Ryan and Hannah Patterson; and his in-laws, Delores Wood (Dick), Norma Tubis (Richard), Bob Feltman and Carol Feltman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
