She was predeceased by: her parents, William B. Stockwell and Edith I. Stockwell (Bever); her spouse Glen Lloyd Ashley; her children, Gail Ashley and Susan Helmboldt; and her siblings, Henry Stockwell, Leah Johnson and Doreen Canfield.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Box (Gary) of Cadillac, Molly Whetstone (Terry) of Cadillac and Sharon Zakrajsek (Dan) of Cadillac; and her son-in-law Jim Helmboldt of Lake City. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Michigan or to Veterans Serving Veterans.
