He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Miller and Verda Miller (Lamphere); his former wife Veronica; and his daughter-in-law Katie Miller. He is survived by: his wife Margie Mellinger; his children, Jerry Miller (Shannon), Dennis Miller and Barbara Jaekel (John); his sisters, Pearl McKinley and Joann Leggett; and his caregivers, Tam, Brandy and Melanie. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
