He is survived by: his daughter Cindy Jacob (Ken); his grandchildren, Taggart Jacob and Madolyn Jacob; his brother Larry Payne (Linda); his daughter Madolyn Jacob; and his granddaughter Mindy Hankins (Jeremy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and many cousins.
