He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Earl, Jr. and Izy "Pearl" Ashton (Polston); his son Thom; and his brother Bob. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Ashton of Cadillac; his children, IV Ashton (Mary) of Oak Park, Dana Pinney (Scott) of East Jordan, Elizabeth Sapoznik (Nick) of Troy and Aiden Ashton (Jenna) of Cadillac; his grandchildren, Abigail Haney, Harrison Ashton, Anna Haney, Ava Ashton, Mylee Pinney, Wyatt Pinney, Lily Pinney, Charlie Ashton and Isabelle Ashton; and his sister Connie DeVries (Evans). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many other dear family and friends.
