She is survived by: her son Garry Jacobs of Lake City; her granddaughters, Camie Goetsch of Spring Lake and Julie Muste (Lee) of Warren, Ohio; her great grandchildren, Bradley Goetsch and Ryan Goetsch (Beliana); and her great great grandchildren, Logan and Lily Goetsch.
