He was predeceased by: his parents, Lambert Sims and Thelma Sims (Lincoln); his son Jamie Sims; and his siblings, Jim, Steve, Wava, Phyllis and Valerie.
He is survived by: his wife Vikki "Toots" Sims of LeRoy; his son Chris Sims (Rebbeca Yoder); and his grandson Christopher. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews as well as great-nieces and great-nephews; and other loving family members and friends.
