He was predeceased by: his parents, John Stanley and Phyllis Pauline Dunbar (Peterson); and his brother-in-law Cliff Rafter. He is survived by: his pet Cooper; his wife Diane Marie Skelding; his children, Scott Dunbar (Robertha Morales) of Indiana, Shannan Whitaker (Mitchell) of Cadillac, Emma, Sophie, Owen Whitaker, Ian, Eliot Caitlyn, Camryn and Allyson Dunbar; his sisters, Diane Rafter of Florida and Teresa Noll of Arizona; his nephews, William Bonner and Lee Bonner of Arizona; and his great-nephews, Rylan Bonner and Cameron Bonner.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to American Diabetes Association.
