She was predeceased by: her parents, Darvin Sawmiller and Karyn Sawmiller (Grames); her brother Darvin Sawmiller; her brother-in-law Gail Baird, Jr.; her grandchildren, Sophia Hilts and Wyatt Thomas Hilts; and her brother-in-law Shoon Hilts.
She is survived by: her children, Karyn Cochrane (Tony) of Cadillac and Jacob Hilts Lake City (Ruthann Kramer); her grandsons, Quentin "Bubba" Miller and Kaleb "Boo" Cochrane (Cameron Burton); her siblings, Shawn Baird of McBain, Duane Sawmiller (Lorraine) of McBain and Tonia Stepke of Traverse City; and her fiancé John Lunn. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
