He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph E. Duncan and Pauline V. Duncan (Munson); his wife Diana M. Rodgers; his brothers, Howard Duncan, Lloyd Duncan, Frank Duncan and Albert Duncan; and his sister-in-law Joan Duncan.
He is survived by: his children, Ashley Duncan of Cadillac and Ralph Duncan, Jr. (Litho Beames) of Boon; his grandchildren, Sophia Rodgers (Steven Sprague) and Collin Rodgers (Missy Holibaugh); his brothers, Jack Duncan (Rhonda) of Cadillac, Ron Duncan (Jill) of Cadillac and Steve Duncan of Cadillac; and his sisters-in-law, Carol Duncan and Deb Duncan.
