He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward L. Monroe and Florence M. Monroe (French); his daughter Jodi Moffit; and his brother Ronnie Monroe. He is survived by: his wife Sandra K. Repo; his son Scott Monroe (Kelly) of Cadillac; his son-in-law Mike Moffit of Manton; his grandchildren, Zachary Moffit, Katie Romeyn (Zach), Megan Moffit (Caden DeWent) and Alyia Carnahan; his great grandchild Cannon Romeyn; his siblings, Tom Monroe of Brethren and Sandy Ream (Otto) of Mesick; and his sister-in-law Linda Monroe of Cadillac. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
