He was predeceased by: his parents, Reginald Ferdinand and Patricia "Pat" Ann Klubeck (LaPrise). He is survived by: his siblings, Bill Klubeck (Tammy) of Zeeland and Becky Harris (Reg) of Cadillac; his nieces and nephews, Troy, Terry, Kelly, Matthew and Laura Klubeck; and his aunt Linda LaPrise. He is also survived by several cousins; and many other loving family and friends.
