He is survived by: his mother Maxine Louise Cook (Mongar); his children, Dennis "Cookie" Cook and Summer Millen (Brittanie Mongar); his grandchildren, Aleah Millen and Renley Tommas; his siblings, Kelly Wood of Cadillac, Carol Castro (L. J.) of Tennessee and Mark Cook (Kelly) of Harrison; and his Border Collie Sadie. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
