He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Maxwell and Hazel Maxwell; his wife JoAnn Stevens; his son Thomas; his grandson Dale Maxwell; and his brothers-in-law, Chuck and Dale Stevens.
He is survived by: his children, Rob, Julia Maxwell, Linda, Randy Bartlett, Laurie and Mark McKinley; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Matt Logan, Tara Maxwell, Danielle, Leigh Gurden, Ryan, Jacki Olson, Erika, Jake Densley, Ellen Maxwell, Evan, Olivia Bartlett, Jared and Elizabeth Bartlett; and his great grandchildren, Hailey, Kayla, Brayden, Tristan, Lakai, Linkin, Lennix, Kemper, Harper and Landon. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to, The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Hospice, or The Cadillac United Methodist Church.
