He is survived by: his daughters, Barbara Ford (Lance), Jeni VanNoord (Jeff) and Melissa Sjoerdsma-McNeill; his grandchildren, Jada, Dries, Drake, Dax VanNoord and Yuki Ford; his siblings, Gregg (Ann Dena), Joel (Lucrecia) and Lisa VandeLune (Brian); Judi (Fluck). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
