She was predeceased by: her parents, Harley Theo and Hilda Balcom (Easty); her husband Frank Mader, Jr.; and her siblings, Carl Balcom, Sharon Harper, Kathy Mottor, Sheila Greeley, Pam Balcom, Allen Balcom, Brian Balcom and Kevin Balcom.
She is survived by: her sons, Jeffery Mader (Pam) of Birch Run and Steven Mader of Shepard; her grandchildren, Jeffery (Alison), Mader, Jr., Scott Mader, Ella Mader, Hayden Mader, Harley Mader and Alex Mader; her siblings, Mary Bronkema (Gary), Jackie Longstreet (Butch), Holly Kubiak (Mike), Valerie Balcom, Barry Balcom (Marge) and Brett Balcom (Tammy); and her in-laws, Brenda Balcom, Terry Harper and Keith Greeley. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Faith Baptist Church.
