He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Kolarik and Bertha Kolarik (Priest); his sisters, Margaret Tarsa and Ruth Ann Weinert; and his daughter-in-law Vicki Kolarik.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Kolarik of Cadillac; his children, Chris Kolarik (Ellen) of Lake City, David Kolarik (Theresa) of Oklahoma, Vernon Kolarik, Jr. of Cadillac, Laurie Patterson (Joe) of Cadillac and Cindy Johnson (Zak) of Cadillac; his grandchildren, Brandi, Renae Tonge (Adam), Robin Ferrell (Tyler), Ashley Beenen (Joe), Amy Trumph (Chris), Zachary Patterson (Katie), Allacia, Keenan (Jessica), Madeline and Emma; his great grandchildren, Austyn, Ashlynn, Raelynn, Riley, Jackson, Hunter, Sage and August; and his siblings, Gordon Kolarik (Shigeko), Raymond Kolarik (Anita) and Regina Livingston (Robert). He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
