She was predeceased by: her spouse Terry R. Cook, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Ray Griswold (Elizabeth), J. J. Griswold (Anna), Terry Cook, Jr. (Dawn), Joel Cook (Christa) and Mark Slocum; and her siblings, Larry, Carl, Winona and Connie. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
