Virginia Mackey Obituary

The memory of Virginia Mackey of Cadillac, Michigan, who passed away on November 14, 2024 at the age of 86, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her father Harvey Pell; her husband Robert Mackey; her sisters, Patty, Nancy and Mary; and her mother Helen Pell.

She is survived by: her children, Helen Lehman (James) and David Mackey (Debby Brinkman); her grandchildren, Kathryn Dobrzelewski (David), Dominic Lehman, Ben Mackey (Casey Fitzgerald) and Molly Nelson (Adam); her great grandchildren, Harvey, Theo Dobrzelewski, Noah and Grace Nelson; her brother-in-law Dick Mackey; her friend Cindy Rose; and also Bonnie Meyer. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the Cadillac Wexford Public Library, to help furnish the teen center.
