He is survived by: his children, Terry Sluiter (Ethelyn Greene) and Teresa Frye; his grandsons, Davey Sluiter (Taylor), Jared Frye (Sarea Droope) and Brandon Frye (Katie McClung); and his siblings, Martin Sluiter, Jr. and Carol Rolf. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
