She was predeceased by: her mother Kathryn Gilman; her brothers, Ray and Ralph Gilman; and her daughter Debra Alfonso. She is survived by: her father Wayne Gilman; her sons, Ike Sarver (Susan) and Roger Sarver; her grandchildren, Scott Sarver (Jessica), Jill Gearhart (Fritz), Karen Timmermans (Scott), Tony Alfonso, Alicia Alfonso (Jeremy), Maria Osterink (Will), Andrea Alfonso, Rebecca Burbank, Jeremie Sarver Benz and Katie Chamberlain (Brandon); and her brother-in-law Ben Sarver (Kay). She is also survived by 18 great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Dutton United Reformed Church (6950 Hanna Lake Ave SE, Caledonia, MI 49316).
