He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Campbell and Erma Campbell (Labor). He is survived by: his wife Patty; his sons, Christopher (Lexy Medina) and Zachary; his granddaughter Islay; and his siblings, Dennis Campbell (Beverly) and Ruth Barnes (Robert). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews.
