He is survived by: his wife Sarah; his children, Andrew and Elle (Abel Boetsma); his parents, Bernie and Sue; his in-laws, Jim Beall (Peg) and Bev Plagenhoef; his siblings, Laura Middaugh (Tom) and Wayne Oom (Kate); his brother-in-law Bill Beall (Lisa); his nieces and nephews, Nick Beall, Alex Shick (Sam), Josh, Rachel Oom, Lydia Tsuber (Daniel), Leah, Elisabeth and Jonathan Middaugh; and his great-nephew Simon Shick. He is also survived by his uncles, aunts, cousins, and countless friends.
