She is survived by: her husband David Hoek; her children, Scott, Amy Hoek, Todd and Suzanne Hoek; her grandchildren, Scott Hoek II, Abigail, Brock Bates, Simon Hoek, Levi Hoek and Judah Hoek; and her siblings-in-law, Tom, Cora Hoek, Doug and Maureen Hoek.
