She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Brown and Lucille Brown; her siblings, Harold, Beverly Brown, Gordon, Helen Brown, Margaret and Bill Schleh; and her parents-in-law, Alfred and Ann Van Meter.
She is survived by: her husband Alfred; her great grandchildren, Jeffrey, Shanon Van Meter, Curt, Kim Van Meter, Dustin, Sammy, Calliope and Myles; her grandchildren, Amber, Andrew and Sarah Van Meter; and her sister-in-law Barbara (Ric Goozen). She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
