The passing of Michael Scott McKinney of Caledonia, Michigan leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on July 6, 2025 at the age of 78. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald McKinney and Beulah McKinney; his wife Mary F. McKinney; his siblings, Susan LaCombe and Patrick McKinney; and his pet Jaxon.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tonya Heaton (Jody) and Tara Marble; his grandchildren, Justin, Kacy and Ally Heaton; and his brother Terry McKinney (Leesa). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A memorial service was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at 8175 Broadmoor Ave SE, Caledonia, MI 49316.
