She was predeceased by : her parents, Maurice Dean and Mildred Dean; and her siblings, Priscilla O'Neill (Tomas) and Kendall James Israel Dean. She is survived by : her husband Dale; her sons, David (Jennifer), Dennis (Jeannie) and Dana Truby; her grandchildren, Suzanna Roy (Blake), Benjamin Truby (Carrie), Michelle Long (Adam), Samuel Truby (Kelsey Sloop), Brian Truby (April) and Julia Truby; her great grandchildren, Emmett Truby, Lorelei Long, Colton Roy, Maeve Long and Henry Truby; her brother Nelson Dean (Patty); her nieces, Diane Ousley (Kevin), Karen Hartich (Gary) and Kimberly Sims (Robert); and her nephew Timothy Dean (Tonia).

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (616 E Main St SE, Caledonia, MI 49316). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
