Thomas C. Werkema Obituary
We announce the death of Thomas C. Werkema of Caledonia, Michigan, who passed away on October 6, 2026. Thomas will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Patricia Werkema and Judd Robinson. He is survived by: his parents, Tom Werkema and Kathy Werkema; his sisters, Heather Smith (Matt), Amanda Kraft (Mike) and Meggan Anaya (Sam); and his grandparents, Harry Werkema and Carol Robinson. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM. A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Green Lake Calvary Church (608 145th Ave, Caledonia, MI 49316).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the School of Missionary Aviation Technology in Ionia, Michigan.
